That is the actual advantage, and it is worth being blunt about the trade-off. A twelve-person agency can run six campaigns at once and absorb someone going on vacation. We cannot. What we can do is care about your project at a level that stops being possible once an agency has forty clients and a quota.
The name is a joke about how we work, not about what we are. Small crew, you get looked after, nobody has to chase us for a status update. That is the whole of it.
We are based in Windsor and work across Essex County and up to London. If you are within driving distance and a project needs someone standing in your shop, that happens.
